A bet may be declared void and the stake returned in the following circumstances:

Maximum payout limits apply per event and per market. These are displayed at the point of bet placement. If a bet would result in winnings exceeding the stated maximum, the stake will be adjusted accordingly or the excess voided.
Casino games available on qq777 — including slots, live dealer tables, table games and bingo — are provided by third-party game providers. All games use certified random number generators (RNG) for non-live titles, and live games are conducted by real dealers under controlled studio conditions.
